The episode, titled “Baab Soam,” opens with little Abi running into the room talking to himself and throwing himself onto the bed. “Mum, kis ka phone hai?” Sehar, holding back a smile, tells him it is his khalu and asks if he wants to talk. “No!” Abi announces. He will not talk to his khala or his khalu, because he is angry with both of them, since they both get angry for no reason.

On the other end of the line, Yasir can hear every word, and Sehar quietly switches the phone to loudspeaker. Yasir tells her to let Abi know he will come very soon, with the whole family, to make up with him. Abi has his own conditions. If anyone is angry with his Noori, he will be double angry, and if his khala doesn’t come to see him, he will be triple angry. Trying not to laugh, Yasir promises that no one is angry with his Noori, and that he is ready to fold his hands and hold his ears for his “masoom doll.”

Abi, very pleased with himself, asks when they will come. “Abhi kal hi to gaye hain,” Yasir reminds him. When Yasir asks for his mum and jokes that Sehar has handed the phone to a little shaitan who will eat his head, Abi replies with full confidence that he doesn’t need to eat anyone’s head, because Uns Mamu brought him plenty of snacks today. The call ends when Aqib walks into Yasir’s office, and Yasir happily stands up to greet him, but Aqib says there is no time to sit and they should go straight to the conference room. Pakeeza Tayyaba balances the heavier story with this sweet family moment.
