Muhabbtaon K Deep By Hamna Meher

About this novel

Muhabbaton k Deep (Urdu: محبتوں کے دیپ, “lamps of love”) by Hamna Meher is a short romantic Urdu novel about two quarrelling cousins, Meharish and Mutasim. Meharish wakes to her alarm and finds Mutasim Wijdan Ali asleep on her bed, which is reason enough for a pillow to the face and the day’s first fight.

The two cousins bicker from morning to night. Down in the kitchen Sidra Begum no longer even looks up, because this happens nearly every day. The two care about no one’s opinion, and they tone it down only when their grandfather, Dada Ji, is at home.
